Processing Time
All candles are hand-poured in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping
We ship via trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Anchor & Sol Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
Local pickup may be available. You will be contacted when your order is ready with pickup details.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Candle Care & Safety
To ensure the best experience and safety:

• Trim wick to ¼” before each burn

• Burn candle within sight and away from flammable objects

• Do not burn longer than 3–4 hours at a time

• Keep away from children and pets

• Discontinue use when ½” of wax remains

Anchor & Sol Candle Co. is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow proper candle safety guidelines.
